The founder of the medical and lawyer referral service 1-800-411-PAIN was arrested over the weekend for allegedly bringing a gun onto a Miami-Dade high school campus, authorities said.
According to an arrest report, Robert Cash Lewin, 59, was charged with possession of a firearm on school property following the incident on Saturday at Miami Coral Park Senior High School.
Deputies said the school principal reported that a man sitting on the gym bleachers had a visible firearm tucked in his waistband. The weapon was seen after Lewin bent over, and a photo of the gun was sent to an assistant principal, according to the report.
Lewin was later located in a Lincoln Navigator with the license plate “411PAIN” parked outside the school. Deputies searched him and found a gun, an extra magazine, and a knife, officials said.
Lewin reportedly told deputies the firearm was brought onto school grounds by accident. The gun and magazine were impounded, authorities said.
